Here’s REP’s suggestion for what to say: Congressman X or Congresswoman Y believes federal judges should have more say over local land-use issues than locally- elected officials and zoning boards.

PLEASE NOTE: A version of this bill will likely be fast-tracked in the Senate this year. Please ask both of your US Senators to vote NO to any “takings” bill!
